We’re Philip and Melissa, a husband-and-wife real estate team serving the beautiful Eastern Shore. Our journey here is rooted in passion—for people, for homes, and for this incredible community we call home.

Philip, a proud Eastern Shore native, spent over a decade as a farrier, working closely with local families, farmers, and horse lovers across the region. After 11 years of building relationships through that work, he made a natural transition into real estate—driven by his love for meeting new people, understanding their stories, and helping them find just the right place to call home.

Melissa grew up in Kansas, but the Eastern Shore stole her heart after meeting Philip in college—and she's called it home for nearly 20 years. A licensed agent for 9 of those years, Melissa's passion for old homes is what first drew her to real estate. (She’ll admit: she originally got into the business to satisfy her curiosity and peek inside all the charming historic homes!) But beyond the architecture, it’s the joy of helping others find their forever home that keeps her inspired.
